Wayne Bishop is a partner with Hotchkiss Insurance in Dallas, Texas. Wayne's varied career includes developing risk management and insurance programs for home builders, contractors, distributors and many other sectors of the construction industry. Since joining Hotchkiss in 1993, Wayne has focused on business development, developing technology solutions such as an online Builder’s Risk Reporter, home builder department team training and customer service.

Wayne attended the University of North Texas and is a General Lines Agent for Life, Health, Property, Casualty and Bonds. He has earned numerous industry awards and advanced designations including the insurance industry’s Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He is an active member of the Dallas Builders Association (DBA), The Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
