Wes Weatherred is Vice President and Partner with Hotchkiss Insurance in Houston. He has over 35 years of industry knowledge, 10 of which he spent broadening his area of expertise as an underwriter with The Travelers Insurance Company. His wide-ranging career includes working with various sectors, including contractors, retail and wholesale operations, automotive dealers and manufacturing industries.

Wes has developed an exceptional background in risk management, strategic insurance planning and program management. Since joining Hotchkiss, Wes has focused on internal agency development through highly trained service teams, enhanced client support systems and the development of customer self-service technology solutions.

Wes is a General Lines agent for Life, Health, Property, Casualty and Bonds. He has earned the industry’s highly respected Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
