Opportunities by location:

  • Houston:
    • Personal Lines Account Manager: Provides excellent customer service to clients concerning their personal lines coverage, manages and supports their book of business, finding opportunities to cross sell to existing clients.
    • Employee Benefits Production Manager/Sales Executive: This position will supervise the Houston production team, helping establish, maintain and mentor the sales culture through leadership and by example. In a sales capacity, they will identify and solicit prospects, and meet set goals for new business and renewals. This position will oversee weekly sales meetings, monitor production goals, and manage agency relationships with group health and life carriers.
    • Sales Executive:  Excellent opportunity for those with sales success outside the insurance business. Training, mentoring and advanced insurance education provided.
    • Commercial Lines Account Manager: Works with the sales executive and client services manager to deliver an exemplary client experience. A minimum of 3 years CL experience is required. This position is an excellent opportunity for a person who wants to use their extensive coverage knowledge on a professional team and advance his/her career.
    • Commercial Lines Account Associate:  Delivers client service while supporting the Account Manager and the Sales Executive. Excellent opportunity to become licensed and excel in the insurance industry.
  • Dallas:
    • Benefits Account Manager: Provides proactive service and and support to employee benefit clients. Typical functions of this role include managing day-to-day service requests, assisting with the renewal process, preparing client materials and working closely with a growing team.
    • Personal Lines Account Manager: Provides excellent customer service to clients concerning their personal lines coverage, manages and supports their book of business, finding opportunities to cross sell to existing clients.
    • Select Business Unit Sales: This sales position will qualify and sell to in-bound prospects solicited by the agent.  This position will service small business commercial lines accounts as assigned, rate and quote new and renewal risks, aid in collections, and review accounts in an effort to prevent gaps and/or lapses in coverage, thus reducing our E&O exposures, while maintaining excellent service to clients.
    • Claims Advocate: The claims advocate takes the initial report of a loss and educates/walks the client through the claims process. Coordinates communication between all parties: insured/claimant and carrier as well as the internal team. Advocates on behalf of the client when coordinating with the insurance carrier, while tracking and resolving the claim in a timely manner.
